My name's Tyrell and I'm a NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist & Online Coach. While working in the fitness industry for six plus years I've proudly been able to help overwhelmed professionals reduce stress and build quality muscle.
Throughout my life I've been quite active playing various types of sports. However, my actual weight lifting journey took place nearly 10 years ago when I was seeking ways to improve my sports performance. Coincidentally, I fell in love with weight training and how amazing the body changes. My strength was increasing, I was packing on muscle/size and I was feeling more happy, energetic and confident. Since, then I've been dedicated to educating myself and others about the actual science behind exercise specifically weight training, and the effects it has on the human body.
Having a naturally small frame I've had to really focus on the nutrition aspect when it comes to building muscle, as well as training really hard and being consistent. In my first few years of training I didn't have much guidance or understanding of how or what I should be doing to build muscle which has made my journey a roller-coaster ride. Don't get me wrong, I've loved every step of the way but I honestly believe that having a coach to push me in the right direction, educate me and keep me accountable, would have been extremely helpful in my first few years of training. And that is one of the reason why I do what I do.
My goal is to help as much people as I can get the physique they've always dreamed of, without having to make the mistakes I had to make. Together we will burn fat, reduce stress, build muscle, boost your confidence all whilst building healthy sustainable habits.
