Boxing Training

At TSPT, I provide boxing sessions for those who want to get fit, get strong, build confidence, lose weight and relieve stress in a fun enjoyable way. 

I'm based at a PT ONLY studio in Kensal Rise. However, if that doesn't work for you then I also provide outdoor and in-home sessions. 

My 5 years of experience within the fitness industry combined with my performance enhancement specialist credentials, has made me highly assiduous and eager to help my clients get the results they seek while improving their overall fitness.

My sessions involve, conditioning drills, technique corrections and intense but fun padwork all specifically tailored towards yours goals. I also offer small group sessions where you and a partner/friend can train together. Additionally, discounts are available on multiple sessions bookings (e.g. 12 pack, 16 pack and 20 pack).
