My name is Tyrell, I am a REPS Level 3 Personal Trainer and NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist with 6+ years in the fitness and gym industry. As a coach my aim is to transform your body as well as your mind. Providing you with optimal performance training techniques and injury prevention methods, designed to help you move better, feel better and be better.
As a team we will work together to create you a bespoke training program totally tailored towards your goals, training experience and current lifestyle, pushing you to fulfil your full potential. Additionally, you will be educated on how to make healthier food choices.
I believe that progression breeds success, therefore this will be monitored through bi-weekly body composition check-ins as well as monthly physical assessments highlighting the strengths and/or weaknesses which may need addressing.
My knowledge and experience not only allows me to provide cutting-edge sports performance training for athletic clients at all levels, but also allows me to sculpt the physique of novice to elite clients and correct or rehabilitate any health related or musculoskeletal issues.
