You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in (your item must be in the original packaging). Additionally, the receipt or proof of purchase must be with the item when sent back to us. Once, we have received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

The is done via UK Royal Mail First Class Signed For (£4.99), please allow 1-3 working days for your delivery. Additionally, we deliver overseas (EU & Rest of the world) using Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed For (£11.99). Please allow 10-14 working days for your delivery.
